Hi, I’m Michelle.

I'm Michelle Morettini — an AI-certified coach, instructional designer, and the founder of Aurora Futures Lab.

In my day job, I lead AI enablement strategy for a global organization. I've built the learning systems, designed the frameworks, and coached the teams. Now I'm bringing that same expertise to Alaskan businesses and the next generation of Alaskan students — because geography shouldn't be a barrier to getting this right.

Aurora Futures Lab exists because AI is changing everything, and Alaska deserves a guide who actually lives here.

  • AI-Certified Coach & Instructional Designer — multiple active AI certifications

  • 20+ years in coaching, training, and talent development

  • 20+ years in recruiting and career development — built into every student program

  • Currently leading AI enablement for a global firm — bringing that to Alaska

  • Alaskan homeschool graduate & former homeschool mom — fluent in our community

One Mission. Two Audiences. One Alaska.

Alaska's AI readiness isn't just a corporate challenge — it's a community one.

The businesses that thrive in an AI-driven economy need workers who are prepared for it. And the students growing up in Alaska today are the ones who'll walk through those doors. Aurora Futures Lab works at both ends of that equation — helping Alaskan businesses adopt AI responsibly right now, while preparing the next generation of Alaskans to shape what comes next.

That dual focus isn't accidental. A homeschool student on the Kenai Peninsula who learns to think critically about AI today is the same person who'll join an Alaska workforce tomorrow. A business that builds responsible AI practices now is creating the kind of workplace that student deserves to walk into. Same mission. Different chairs at the table.

Aurora Futures Lab exists because geography shouldn't be a barrier to getting this right. Alaska deserves more than mainland solutions handed down from outside. It deserves programs built here, by someone who lives here, for the people and businesses that make this state what it is.
